These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products by Aurélien Boyer, filmmaker and photographer, through the platform Lemon Squeezy.
By purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
2. Nature of the Products
The products sold are digital files (LUTs in .cube format) intended for color grading in video projects. No physical goods will be shipped.
These LUTs are licensed for personal or professional use only and non-exclusive.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in USD or EUR (depending on your region) and include applicable taxes. Lemon Squeezy may apply VAT based on your country of residence.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. No banking or card details are stored or accessed by the seller.
5. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive a download link for your purchased files via Lemon Squeezy. You are responsible for saving your files upon delivery.
6. Usage Rights
By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LUTs for personal or commercial video projects.
You are not allowed to resell, share, redistribute, or modify the LUTs for resale or distribution in any form.
Any violation may lead to legal action.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. By purchasing, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.

9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the order process is handled by Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with their privacy policy. No personal data is stored or used by the seller, apart from what is required for invoicing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content sold (LUTs, visuals, texts) remains the intellectual property of Aurélien Boyer. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, efforts will be made to resolve the issue amicably before pursuing legal action.
